Content Marketing And Product Perception Engineering
- Created 240 visual assets designed, developed, and created as a senior graphic designer for use in pitch decks, webinars, case studies, websites, landing pages, social media and documentation resulting in a 20% growth of learning solutions across 5 communication channels for B2B SaaS products.
- Facilitated workshops, webinars, and provided visual assets for strategic design to 10k+ users across 80+ global accounts resulting in a 10% increase in NPS scores.
- Engaged in copywriting, content marketing, sales enablement, interviewing subject matter experts to capture their institutional knowledge, and user research surveying and measuring behaviors of our diverse userbase.

I am always giddy when Marketing departments want fun and illustrative design aesthetics for the delight of their users. I joke that it makes my job reaching diverse audiences easier as visual communication is so baked into our humanness.
My illustration designs continued along a path iGrafx had been pursuing with mixed results. What they needed were new illustrative assets, components of which were added to the greater brand identity.
iGrafx went through a large-scale rebrand with an excellent firm. Their creative team kept many aspects of the fun, colorful, and approachable art that people came to expect. again repeating:
“iGrafx is approachable, and easy to use.”

Marketing And Design For Luxury Interior Furnishings
- Worked closely with Marketing Specialists to ensure that campaign activities aligned with brand identity goals.
- Decreased production time of the annual product catalog and portfolio books by one month through streamlining design processes and increasing stakeholder management.
- Implemented a design system and processes to ensure creative voice, brand alignment, and approvals upstream and downstream resulting in an average job length from 20 working days to 12 working days.
- Ensuring cross platform and cross format visual communication of brand alignment by acting as a liaison between web developers and creative direction through pre-production design while being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 15% decrease in waste by creating a sampling sustainability program.
- Created packaging, infographics, style guides, landing pages, social media content, and other content for marketing and sales channels relating to brand marketing and product development using creative design methodologies.


While still engaging with the interior furnishing market via their e-Commerce website, sampling system, email and social media content marketing, their primary marketing tool was luxury showrooms and showhouses where their product samples were displayed.
Aside from the typical digital marketing channels, showroom marketing presented unique and fun challenges to make their products stand out in a sea of options to discerning audiences.

Content Marketing For Independent Pharmacies
As the Creative Director for InboundRx, I ensured client satisfaction by managing all aspects of branding, design, content marketing services for 30 independent pharmacies and InboundRx itself.
- Rebranding efforts and targeted content marketing campaign strategies resulting in 100% growth of script volume for our top pharmacy client.
- Created 400+ marketing design assets developed after extensive market research and competitive analysis.
- Managed HubSpot for automation of content marketing efforts including email, web, social media, landing pages, and multimedia ads for many simultaneous client campaigns.
- Mentored, managed, and directed a team of 3 direct reports and 12 indirect creative reports (Including designers, developers, and writers).

Gore Drug came to us for a light brand system, a new web experience, and simple content marketing and sales services via HubSpot to reintroduce themselves to their clients, and extend a hand to their neighborhood. Their business mostly relied on online prescription refill, so a reliable website did wonders on its own.
As a result of our marketing efforts, they saw a 30% increase in their script volume.
Haller’s Pharmacy is a very large, historic pharmacy serving Fremont, CA. They were scammed by previous brand identity developers. We offered our services at-cost to retrofit their existing brand identity with new brand assets to bolster their services. They become one of our core customers over the life of InboundRx. Content marketing via HubSpot and Salesforce led to a steady stream of new patients.


My top client was Paulsen’s Pharmacy, a 100-year-old pharmacy in the Hollywood district of Portland, OR. After my time at InboundRx, I continued working with Paulsen’s Pharmacy to continue the excellent progress made after their rebrand and content marketing efforts. By the time my work with them was finished, they saw a 100% increase in their script volume, regularly had guests visiting their soda parlor and malt bar, and retook their place as a core member of their historic naeighborhood.

Website design, HubSpot enablement, print and digital marketing, new systems in place for patients to sign up, outfitted their soda parlor and malt bar with a Stumptown Coffee distribution deal, and even saw their float in the local parade!
