Iteratively improving the navigation experience in iGrafx, the BPM software, through functional and attractive dashboards and journey maps, allowing users to easily find and access their process data.

In my capacity as a UX Designer and Product Enablement Specialist for the Product Management team of iGrafx, my role was to improve the onboarding and feature adoption experience for our users.
